Nail-Biting Wait Until Bin Gets Emptied On Friday
The bin will be emptied on Friday, but we're already at BINCON 2. With one full day to go and no space left in the bin, there's a fair chance we'll be at full alert (BINCON 1) by Friday. Let's hope not!
